Job Description:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks across the organization. The primary role of the Enterprise IT Manager is to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise-wide infrastructure, including servers, databases, applications, and networking systems. The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that align with company objectives, delivering high-quality services to end-users, and managing IT projects.

The IT Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. 1. Manage IT systems and resources, ensuring maximum availability and optimal performance.
  2. 2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, including technical design, architecture detailing, and technology roadmaps.
  3. 3. Develop strategies and policies related to IT procurement, usage, security, and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. 4. Manage the IT budget and ensure optimal use of resources, including hardware, software, and human resources.
  5. 5. Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and meeting service level agreements.
  6. 6. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external service providers, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise IT management, preferably in a large-scale organization.
  3. 3. Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, networking, and software applications.
  4. 4. Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and resource management.
  5. 5. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team while delivering results.
  6. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical teams, and end-users.
  7. 7. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage them for the benefit of the organization.
